The privacy of our participants is paramount to us, and only the system monitoring team has access to participant data for the purpose of oversight.
We recognize that individuals may be hesitant to share personal information for fear of security breaches or misuse. Therefore, we have minimized the amount of personal information we collect, and participants’ privacy is maintained objectively. We do not request photos or attach personal information to participant account pages, which ensures that the amount of data we store is minimal and does not harm participants.
To further protect participants’ data, we have implemented a unique password replacement system. Instead of requiring a complicated password, we use the last six digits of the National Identity Card (NIK) number as a password replacement. This approach simplifies the password creation process for participants and ensures that their data is protected. It is important to note that we do not have access to the NIK database in Indonesia, which further secures the participants’ privacy.
In addition, we have put in place strict measures to detect and prevent suspicious activities that may compromise participants’ privacy. If an incorrect NIK number is entered three times, our system will flag this as suspicious activity and prevent reactivation.
